Bawse Mom Summit Ambassador Agreement
THIS GENERAL SERVICE AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is dated this 28th day of January, 2025.

(the "Contractor")
This Ambassador Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between The Bawse Mom Movement ("Company") and the undersigned individual ("Ambassador") to outline the terms and conditions of participation in the Bawse Mom Summit Ambassador Program.

1. Ambassador Responsibilities Ambassador agrees to actively promote the Bawse Mom Summit and fulfill the following content deliverables:

Pre-Summit Content
  • Feed Posts (2 total):
    • Summit announcement
    • Final push promotional post
  • Instagram Stories (8 total):
    • Early bird announcements
    • Speaker highlights
    • Behind-the-scenes moments
    • Countdown reminders
During Summit
  • Daily Instagram Story Shares (3 per day)
  • Final Recap Post
2. Company Responsibilities The Bawse Mom Movement agrees to provide:
  • Ready-to-share social media content
  • Unique tracking link for sales
  • VIP summit experience
  • Direct access to the leadership team
3. Compensation & Benefits Ambassadors will receive exclusive perks, including:
  • 10% commission per ticket sale purchased with affiliate link, within 10 business days post summit conclusion
  • Complimentary summit access
  • VIP experience and networking opportunities
  • Recognition on Bawse Mom platforms
4. Term & Termination This Agreement is effective upon signing and remains in effect until the conclusion of the Bawse Mom Summit. Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if obligations are not met.

5. Confidentiality & Branding Ambassador agrees to maintain the integrity of The Bawse Mom Movement brand, refrain from sharing confidential information, and align all promotions with the Company’s messaging guidelines.

6. Agreement Acknowledgment By signing below, the Ambassador agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
